What can help me understand your mental state better?SAC is often a part of a broader wellness and social support plan that includes counseling and other support for people who are homeless, unemployed, or living with mental illness.
It can help people manage their health and emotional well-being.
For example, if you’re homeless, you may be more likely to have to work or live in shelters because of your health condition.
Your counselor can help explain why and how this could be an issue for you.
If the counselor is an experienced counselor, she or he can give you advice on how to manage your mental condition in a more positive way.
